01Local treatment context
The suburb name alone never decides what goes in the tank.
Wakerley properties may have fenced side access, defined garden borders and a mix of newer and established lawn areas. Recently laid, renovated or stressed turf needs to be disclosed because it can change treatment timing or suitability.
02What the assessment checks
Turf, target weed, lawn stress and treatment area are checked before a product is selected.
Confirm turf identity and establishment status, map weed distribution, inspect lawn-to-garden and hardscape edges, note recent fertiliser or herbicide use, check access, and look for pest evidence rather than treating preventively by default.
03Wakerley treatment plan
Only suitable components are used; a standard visit is not a promise to apply every possible product.
Select a compatible spot or broader treatment after identification, with extra separation around ornamental beds and new turf. Delay or modify application where recent lawn work, weather or product directions make treatment unsuitable.
04Results and follow-up
Visible change and follow-up needs vary by weed, turf health, weather and the registered product.
Newly changed turf and established turf may not share the same treatment window or expected response. The standard first visit is $115; eligible monthly visits are $90, subject to lawn size, access and treatment suitability. Provide recent lawn-product details to reduce avoidable conflicts.
