01What can the $115 visit include?
It covers assessment and the suitable components required for an eligible standard property, rather than promising the same chemical mix to every lawn.
Depending on the confirmed turf, weeds and condition, the visit may include selective lawn weed treatment, suitable spot work around paths or driveway edges, garden-bed weed treatment, lawn-health support, growth-regulator support, or response to verified pest activity. Not every component is appropriate on every visit. The provider should explain the agreed scope and product-specific aftercare.
02What counts as a standard property?
There is no published universal square-metre cut-off because sprayable lawn area, layout, access and treatment difficulty can differ on blocks of the same size.
Send the address and, where possible, photos or an approximate lawn area. A compact block with difficult access or multiple separated zones may take a different plan from an open lawn. If the property is outside the base scope, the different price or limitation should be explained before the appointment is confirmed. The site does not use a low headline price and then hide an unavoidable extra.
03How the $90 monthly option works
The $90 amount is per eligible monthly maintenance visit after the property has been assessed; there is no lock-in contract or cancellation fee.
A monthly appointment means the lawn is inspected and maintained on a regular schedule. It does not mean every visit must include a pesticide. The current weeds, pest signs, turf response, weather, previous application and registered label determine what is suitable. Customers can cancel; the provider can also explain if a different frequency or one-off follow-up makes more sense.
04Possible reasons for a different quote
A price may change when the treatment area, access, target or requested scope falls outside the standard visit—but the change must be agreed first.
- A substantially larger lawn or acreage treatment area
- Difficult or unsafe access between treatment zones
- A request beyond ordinary residential lawn and edge treatment
- A target that needs staged work, specialist equipment or a separate service
- A property outside the current Brisbane Southside coverage
